This article examines the psychological factors underlying the relationship between optimism and emotional stability among women of different age groups. The study analyzes the influence of age-related psychological development, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, social support, family environment, coping strategies, and life experience on the formation of optimistic attitudes and emotional stability. Particular attention is given to the age-specific characteristics of women's psychological adaptation and resilience in response to life challenges. The findings indicate that optimism serves as an important psychological resource that enhances emotional stability, strengthens resilience, and promotes mental well-being. The study contributes to a better understanding of women's psychological development and provides practical implications for psychological counseling, mental health promotion, and preventive interventions.
